Just a dad trying to navigate his way through parenthood.
I'm a full time parent of two beautiful and mostly awesome daughters (each of them have their moments). By day and to pay the bills that continue to show up in my mailbox, I am a roofing estimator. Climbing roofs is my job.
My passion lies with art. I started drawing on my kids' lunch bag napkins after a request from my then 7 year old. She wanted a "special note in my lunch dad". I decided better than a note, I would take from my lifelong fandom of comic books and the world of science fiction and draw her a picture on her napkin of my favorite comic book characters. Thus was born Hero Napkins. I have been drawing on both of my daughters' napkins ever since. A collection of comic book covers recreated, movie posters, and anything else from the fanboy world that has struck my interest has made it on to the napkins.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed drawing them and as much as my kids enjoy getting them every day in their lunch bags.
